Browser Settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings:

  • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions

Our Cookie Consent Tool

When you first visit APEX, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline optional cookies. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Opting Out of Analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services integrated with APEX may set their own cookies:

  • Stripe (payment processing) — for fraud prevention
  • Intercom (customer support chat) — for support session management

These are governed by the respective third parties' cookie policies.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT, and we currently do not respond to DNT signals.

Where required by applicable law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states recognizing universal opt-out mechanisms), we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of (a) the sale or sharing of personal information and (b) targeted advertising. GPC requests are processed automatically when detected.

5.1 EU/UK Consent Framework

For visitors located in the EU/EEA or UK, where required by the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as implemented in the visitor's member state and by GDPR / UK GDPR, non-essential cookies are loaded only after affirmative opt-in consent through the cookie banner. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it; the cookie preference link in the footer is available at all times.

5.2 No Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

APEX does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising and does not share cookie identifiers with advertising networks for that purpose.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features or third-party integrations. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform.
